ESP32forth Robot and Maker Faire - CH Ting

  1. I put together a robot with the NodeMCU ESP32S kit as its controller and tested the motor drive, obstacle sensors, and speaker. I am anticipating Don's AIR robot.
  2. We need to plan our Maker Faire booth activities.
  3. I used CV2 on Python to produce a very short movie with my digital Earth images. CV2 was used by Stanford’s Stanley, the first autonomous vehicle winning the DARPA contest.
  4. I will demonstrate making karaoke songs from MIDI songs.

Reviving Software from 1973 and How a Maneuver Board Works - Dwight Elvey
Dwight has resurrected the code written for the Intel 4004 processor to maneuver ships. The original was written at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. by Kenneth Harper Kerns, a student of Digital Research’s Gary Kildall.
