| Meeting Dates: SVFIG meets on the
						  fourth Saturday of each month this year with the following exceptions on
						  the third Saturday:  
						  November 19th (Forth

						  the remainder of the year can be found here. Meeting Registration: If you are planning
						  to attend this month's meeting, please register on
						  Meetup.com. If you are not planning
						  to attend, there is no need to register. Meeting Location: SVFIG will meet in the
						  Peterson Building (Building 550) on the campus of Stanford University.
						  The building's location is shown on these maps - Slide1, Slide2, and this
						  searchable
						  campus map. Additional maps of the Stanford area can be found
						  here.
						  Print a map so you can find parking and the Peterson Building
						  easily. Parking: There is open parking on
						  weekends. The suggested parking lot is near the intersection of
						  Santa
						  Teresa Street and Lomita Drive. You may park in any A or C
						  designated areas or metered space. There is no need to feed the meter on the
						  weekends. Do not park in any place marked with 24/7 restrictions!
						  When in doubt, read the signs! Building Entrance: Make your way to the
						  Panama Mall entrance of the Peterson Building. The door is labeled
						  Building 550 - Mechanical Engineering Design Group. Press the wireless
						  doorbell to announce your arrival. Someone will open the door for you. Do
						  not ask Stanford students to let you in and do not enter the building behind
						  them. Meeting Room: Room 200 will be the venue
						  for this month's meeting. Once inside the building, ascend the stairs just
						  inside the doorway. The room is on the left at the top of the
						  stairs. WiFi: Stanford Visitor is a
						  publically-accessible wireless network available to SVFIG attendees on
						  campus. Hangout: SVFIG meetings are typically
						  broadcast using
						  Google+
						  Hangout. The YouTube video stream lets everyone see and hear the
						  presentations. Questions and comments can either be posted on Google or emailed
						  to the SVFIG email list. When the video is
						  started, its url will be posted on the Hangout page and emailed to members of
						  the SVFIG list. Material with potential intellectual property conflicts will
						  not be streamed. A subscription to Google+ is not required to view the video.
