In this presentation, John expanded on his Forth Day talk about using macros within the C compiler to compile not just the Forth dictionary structure, but an entire executable Forth kernel.

"That's the title of my book on vitamin C. I just got 1180 copies shipped to me. I will show it off and talk about it. The book is in Simplified Chinese, which does not make any difference for you Americans. I will spend most of my time now trying to sell them and some vitamin C on the side."
