Code in Long Noncoding RNA - CH Ting
"The most common data structure 'list' is very useful in handling huge genome data files. Searching and sorting are embedded sting methods. I did not have to leave Python to analyze the genome files. It seems that when the file is larger than 400MB, I start to get memory errors. Higher processing speed would be appreciated, but with 6 PCs working in parallel, things look smooth."

Group Development with Git, Github & Forth - Brad Nelson
"As we collaborate on ESP32 eForth, robots, and our monthly agenda, the SVFIG community needs a way to work together. Fortunately, Git and Github handle this job well and are now widely used by a majority of open source projects. I'll introduce the basics of Git on Linux and Windows, setting up a Github account, working together with pull-requests, using Travis-CI to keep builds green, and special considerations when working with Forth software. For a bonus round, we'll cover the process of setting up the ESP-IDF SDK on Windows or Linux, checking out espforth with Git, and building it to run on our robot boards."
