"IoT for Fun at Maker Faire" Trial Run- CH Ting
"John Glauvitz kindly loaned four Windows 7 PC's for use at SVFIG's Maker Faire booth supporting the four workshops: Arduino / Forth, MicroPython / webREPL, MicroPython Server / Client, and LUA / Explorer. The programming challenge is simply to turn the on-board LED on/off remotely through a WiFi link. Maker Faire attendees who succeed will receive a free ESP8266 12E Kit. I have been preparing the clear workshop materials and will present them at the meeting."

CoSY Stack Frame Vocabulary - Bob Armstrong
Bob will talk about the stack frame vocabulary and discuss Sam's comments about this being a hallmark of most other languages, comparing this vocabulary with the locals vocabulary included in Reva Forth. If there is available time, Bob will also present an alternative stack vocabulary which provides stack images.
