Adapteva and Epiphany - Sam Putman - Postponed
until the April Meeting Epiphany is a chip with 16 RISC cores now, and 64
cores coming soon! In a bygone era, it was all about the Gflops - this one runs
at 100 Gflops. These days, it's all about the power (and cooling) this
one consumes 5 watts! Is cost important this one costs $200? The project
was funded, at least in part, by Kickstarter.
