How to Drive a Robotic Arm - C.H. Ting Ting will talk about how to control a robot arm with stepper motors. Topics will include acceleration and deceleration, coordination of arm and wrist motors, multitasking, and host computer interface. Much of the code was developed on a microcontroller based system using Philips' 16-bit 80C51XA chip. The eForth model was greatly enhanced and optimized for this fairly advanced system. |
