A New FPGA Board for System Development - CH Ting
eForth Technology has just released its newest product, the eSOCFM-1 board for system development. It has a 208 pin FPGA chip from Actel and can host ProAsic Plus APA150, APA300, APA450, and APA600. It also has 4 MB of flash memory, 256 KB of SRAM, and 16 KB of boot serial EEPROM. I/O peripherals include 2 UARTs, a 16 bit bidirectional parallel port, SPI, and E2C. It is an ideal platform for SOC applications development.

Ting will demonstrate a 32 bit microprocessor on this board and he will also accept orders for it.

If time permits there will be a discussion about projects, field trips, topics, and speakers to enliven our monthly gatherings.
